All advertising material must
be accompanied by an approved, hard copy proof.
Acceptable platforms:
Macintosh and PC.
Acceptable Primary File Applications:
Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PDF*.
Not Acceptable File Applications:
Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Photoshop Elements.
Color:
sRGB profile will insure best color match.
Font Size:
For best readability online, use a minimum font size of 12
point.
*PDF Creation:
Press Quality PDF files distilled using v1.4 compatability
or earlier accepted providing strict attention is paid to
the creation of the native/original files as described above.
InDesign:
Use PDF Export Presets with ‘Press’ • Illustrator
&
Photoshop: Use AdobePDF with
‘Press Quality’ • Quark:
Postscript file then run Acrobat Distiller with ‘Press
Quality’.
There will be
a $65 surcharge for ad material not supplied as a digital
file.
Production charges will be assessed
and added to the invoice for all digital files requiring corrections.
Agency Commission: 15%
Mechanical charges, costs of artwork or conversions are non-commissionable.
No agency commission allowed if invoices are not paid in full
within 30 days.
Payable in US Dollars Only
Regulations Covering Acceptance
of Advertising: As indicated under "Contract and
Copy Regulations" appearing in Standard Rate and Data
Service (SRDS) Business Publication Edition.
